Delivery & Shipment Policy

    1. Tilia currently delivers flowers only in Bangalore. Our area of delivery is bounded by Kadugodi, Yeshwantpur, Hebbal, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Arekere, Konakunte Cross and Electronic City. We will not be able to deliver outside this area.

    2. Tilia delivers flowers on all days of the week, 364 days a year. The only day we observe as a company-wide holiday is February 15, and we therefore cannot accept any orders for this date.

    3. If the recipient of the order is not available (not at home, is in a meeting, not receiving phone calls, etc.), our delivery personnel will attempt to leave the gift in a safe place (with family members, at the reception area, with security personnel / neighbor, etc.). If this is not possible, we will deem the order as delivered. Our delivery personnel cannot wait for the recipient to come home / to the front office, as this may impact the rest of the customers on their delivery schedule. No claim for any refund will be entertained in this regard.

    4. For delivery to wedding / reception / other functions, in case it is not possible to deliver your order directly to the recipient, it will be handed over to a relative or friend at the function.

    5. If the recipient is not willing to take delivery of the flowers for any reason, we will deem the order as delivered. No claim for any refund will be entertained in this regard.

    6. For orders booked for delivery to a hospital or hotel, you must ensure that the hospital / hotel will allow deliveries to be made to their location, before placing your order. In case the order is not accepted at the locations at the time to delivery, Tilia will deem the order as delivered. No claim for any refund will be entertained in this regard.

    7. You must specify full and accurate details of the shipping address, landmark and mobile number for the recipient. If we are unable to deliver your order because one of these items is missing or incorrect, we will deem the order as delivered. No claim for any refund will be entertained in this regard.

    8. The delivery location cannot be changed unless adequate notice of at least 12 hours is provided to Tilia, and the change is acknowledged by Tilia in writing.  Please call our office between 9 am and 9 pm IST to confirm your changes. Changed delivery location should also be within the delivery boundaries specified herein.

    9. If delivery cannot be completed due to civil disturbance, riots, heavy rains, floods or other events beyond our control, Tilia will try to reschedule the delivery at its own discretion. No claim for any refund will be entertained in this regard.

    10. Delivery will be completed within 30 minutes of the time slot selected. For the “6 am to 8 pm Anytime Delivery” slot, we cannot guarantee that the flowers will be delivered at a fixed time.  If you would like your order to be delivered at a specific time, please select one of the other time slot options.

    11. For Valentine’s Day orders (orders for delivery on February 13 and 14), we cannot commit a specific time of delivery. Orders booked for the 6 am to 2 pm timeslot will be delivered before 2 pm, and orders booked for the 2 pm to 7 pm timeslot will be delivered before 7 pm. 

    12. Midnight delivery will be completed anytime between 11.45 pm and 12.15 am. Please select the delivery date as one day before the occasion – e.g. if the occasion is on January 15th, the delivery date chosen must be January 14th

    13. Delivery instructions / messages must be specified on the Tilia order page.  Instructions / messages entered on the CCAvenues page cannot be processed by Tilia. Changes to these instructions / messages will not be effective unless they are acknowledged by Tilia.
