Substitution Policy

Flowers, containers and accessories shown in the pictures are indicative. Flowers are natural products, and their availability is subject to a number of factors, which may not always be in our control.

If it is not possible to source the exact flowers / containers / accessories indicated in the bouquet you have chosen, we will substitute with other colours / flowers / containers / accessories of equivalent price and quality. 

If it is not possible to source Archies greeting card you have chosen, we will substitute with greeting cards of other make of equivalent price and quality.
